Your plan must always be changing because the enemy will attack in fast, successive waves. As your enemies get stronger, you should focus on improving your defensive towers and teaching your troops so they can stand strong on the front lines.
In order to make your company stronger, you can hire more soldiers. You can make a force that fits the way you like to play because each unit has its own stats and skills.
It's possible to attack nearby lands and take them over once your city is strong enough.
