Players join a massive open-world map where they need to manage their vehicles across ramps, traps, crushers and difficult terrain. The game contains a variety of locales, such as:
Test Site
Test your vehicle's durability and performance here. This map is full of obstacles that may cause some amazing wrecks like:
- Large crushers
- Giant swinging hammers
- Concreted walls
- High-velocity collision zone velocities
- Mechanical traps that annihilate
Each barrier is meant to push your car to its limits and generate dramatic crashes. The damage system considers: vehicle speed, impact angle, vehicle weight, collision surface, impact force...
This yields highly realistic crash outcomes. A high speed head on accident can smash the front of the car totally, shatter windows and rip wheels off the axle. An inclined landing can twist the frame and flip the vehicle believably.
The City of Destruction
Get ready for chaos and destruction on busy streets full of traffic. One small mistake can cause huge multi-car pile-ups. The area is full of barriers, so the crashes are considerably more intense and chaotic.
Mars
Open terrain on the giant Mars map, suitable for doing stunts on steep slopes. The low-gravity mechanics and wide-open scenery make jumps and spins appear beautiful, especially in slow-motion.
The game is all about the little things that make it feel like a real collision: car doors pop open, front bumpers fall off, metal fragments fly everywhere, glass shatters properly, and vehicle frames bend and twist on impact.
